As a client who has had the fortune of staying at the Hotel Balcón de Europa, I can say that my experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the location left me speechless: being right in the heart of Nerja and having direct views of the sea is a luxury that few places can offer.
The hotel staff stood out for their kindness and professionalism. I felt at home, thanks to the personalized attention I received, the workers always had a smile and a kind word. The food, both in the hotel restaurant and at the Náutico Beach Club, was another high point; each dish was delicious and well presented.
Despite some comments about the need to modernize certain facilities, my room was comfortable and clean. I loved the direct access to the beach and the sunbed options available. The views from my room were simply spectacular, a true treat for the senses.
I highly recommend paying a visit to the bar on the terrace, where you can enjoy a cocktail while watching the stunning sunsets. I am definitely looking forward to returning to enjoy all that this magical place has to offer.
