What is the best time to visit Malaga?

I am organizing my visit to Malaga. Do you know what is the best time to visit Malaga? I am between the months of March and April or July and August. The idea is to visit Malaga for 3 weeks and move around the area.

The best time to visit Malaga is usually in spring (March-May) if you are looking for streets full of color and lots of activity. Summer if you want to take advantage of the summer on the beaches of Malaga and enjoy the Malaga Fair and autumn (September-November) when the temperatures are milder and there is less crowding of tourists than in summer.
