As usual every year, children have a special place in Holy Week. This year the Tronillos of Holy Week go out again in procession through the streets of Nerja.

The procession will begin at half past four in the afternoon from the Church of El Salvador with the blessing of the parish priest, Antonio Jesús Carrasco.

Processional route will be: Paseo Balcón de Europa, Puerta del Mar street, Pintada street, Cruz street, Ánimas street, Granada street, Cavana square and Carmen street to the Church of El Salvador.

The procession of the Tronillos de Nerja is a beautiful tradition of our Holy Week in which the boys and girls of Nerja and Maro parade with their thrones and images made by themselves.

Como cada año es habitual, los niños tienen un lugar especial en la Semana Santa. Este año Los Tronillos de Semana Santa vuelven a salir en procesión por las calles de Nerja.

La procesión comenzará a las cuatro y media de la tarde desde la Iglesia de El Salvador con la bendición del párroco, Antonio Jesús Carrasco.

El recorrido procesional será: Paseo Balcón de Europa, calle Puerta del Mar, calle Pintada, calle de la Cruz, calle Ánimas, calle Granada, Plaza Cavana y calle Carmen hasta la Iglesia de El Salvador. 

La procesión de los Tronillos de Nerja es una bonita tradición de nuestra Semana Santa en la que los niños y niñas de Nerja y Maro desfilan con sus tronos e imágenes elaboradas por ellos mismos.
