If you are in love with good wine, we recommend you visit Bodegas Bentomiz, this extraordinary winery is located in the mountains of Axarquia, just 30 minutes from Nerja. (Near Sayalonga and Competa. In the province of Malaga). In a really incredible place with impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The peculiar climate of the Malaga area and the characteristics of its slate soil favor the cultivation of vineyards in Axarquia. The plantations and vines of the Moscatel de Alejandría and Romé varieties have remained intact for years. Many of these plants are centuries old.

El peculiar clima de la zona de Malaga y las características de su suelo pizarroso favorecen el cultivo de los viñedos en la Axarquia. Las plantaciones y cepas de la variedad Moscatel de Alejandría y la Romé se mantienen intactas desde hace años. Muchas de estas plantas son centenarias.
