The last car park is at 2250 meters above sea level. From there we have about a 45-minute walk along an easy road to the viewpoint.

From here you have a fantastic view of the highest mountains of Andalusia and the Mediterranean coast on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other. We have the summit of Mulhacen almost at our fingertips. Everything changes in the mountains: the nature, the air, the view of the world. A great place, great mountains. And at the foot of the highest peaks, the magnificent Alpujarra.

We’re off to the mountains and the Alpujarra from Nerja and the surrounding area in the next one. If anyone feels like joining, you are welcome, I will send you the details. Si te gusta el senderismo o te gusta caminar. Es posible ir desde Nerja a Torrox caminando o corriendo. Puedes llegar por la carretera N-340. Siempre por la zona visible. Tambien puedes ir desde Nerja por la zona de Rio Seco, Barranco del Puerto y/o Urbanizacion Tamango Hill. Desde aqui puedes subir a las Antenas de TV de Nerja y Torrox. Y bajar por un sendero hasta Torrox. Puede ver algunos track y mapas en Wikiloc o Strava. Otra opcion es ir hasta Frigiliana y caminar por la carretera de Frigiliana hasta Torrox. Importante. Si lo haces en verano. No olvides de llevar agua y comida.

El Caminito del Rey es una ruta de senderismo espectacular en Málaga, España. Se encuentra en los desfiladeros de los Gaitanes y es conocido por sus vistas impresionantes.

Para llegar desde Nerja, debes tomar la autopista A-7 en dirección a Málaga durante unos 64 kilómetros hasta el desvío a Ardales. Desde allí, sigue las indicaciones a El Chorro y El Caminito del Rey.
